Most of this story and its suspense revolves around the terror and violence perpetrated by the gang boss and his minions. The storm seems to be an artificial add-in to promote a political agenda. It certainly contributes to the plot, but a more realistic plot device would have accomplished the same thing without the “preachy”..

It’s somewhat troubling that I enjoy this as much as I do. Some of the stories included in this were shockingly horrific and all of them brutal. In my opinion, anyone who enjoys true crime stories will appreciate this collection. I like the narrator for this genre.

loved this book and the narrarator but none of the other books in this series are on audible! I would love to hear the whole thing but can’t. otherwise the book was excellent and the narrarator as always was fantastic.

Very good writing! Fell in love with the storyline and characters immediately. Nice prepare mixed with conspiracy mixed with religious. Excellent narration from Kevin Pierce as usual. I have already purchased next book in series.
