Typically I lean towards reading Post Apocalyptic stories as I enjoy the genre, but when I saw Franklin Horton had written a new book I was immediately interested. I enjoyed the slightly different take on societal collapse. I am afraid the political and financial background was a little confusing for an average reader. Having most of the women in the book being helpless wimps with normalcy bias got really old. There are women preppers to who don’t appreciate that stereotype.
