Nothing, love the righteous indignation and the honor which the protagonist exhibits in his decisions.

I loved it. Realistic scenarios. Likable characters. I couldn’t stop listening even at work when I went to bed I’d set a timer and then extend the timer multiple times. It was too exciting to fall asleep.

Slow starter to a sprinting finish. So enjoyed the perseverance, intestinal fortitude and resilience. Readers need to stay patient, determined and ready to stand and cheer at the conclusion!

Development of the characters thru all the books was captivating to this reader. Same goes through the plots as they grew, merged and reached a literary crescendo, only to become interweaved across the country. I agree…believable. I want solar panels and storage batteries, like my younger sister and her husband in Reno, Nevada!

The books were very believable compared to other post-apocalyptic books I’ve listened to. I hope he continues the series as he stated in his authors notes.
