I actually purchased this book with cash so I can’t even get a refund. I listened to the whole book because it said “multiple” murders in the sub-title. I kept waiting for another murder. Never happens. I googled the book only to find out the sub-title has been changed and no longer refers to multiple..

This has to be one of my absolute favorite post apocalyptic book! The story has amazing twists in the plot and the outcome is …… well, you just need to experience it! I loved it! Highly recommend!!!

Extremely disappointed in the vulgar content in portions of the book. Only reason I continued with it was the fact that the previous books in the series were absolutely fantastic! I wanted to be able to keep up with the story in the following books.
Extremely well written documenting how rapidly the cities could be unliveable with a serious threat to our society.
For any story to be engaging, there must be a struggle for what is good and beautiful and the characters must be in this struggle. I only got through part of the second book in this series before I gave up. There was actually nothing truly good in the book. There was no true love..

Mackenzie’s jealousy and pettiness made this story hard to listen to. Her constant whining, meanness, and complaining made me wish decidedly unchristian things would take her out of the story!
