Love this book, great story keeps your interest. I’m looking forward to the next book.

Interesting characters, there’s quite a few to keep track of, but they are well built and stories are well crafted. Dig the realism of the battles and descriptions of the world the author crafted. First time reading anything from. This author. Liked it a lot.

Just another cookie cutter apocalypse story. Poor character development, no real originality in the plot. Might have been okay in 2016, now in the post-Covid era it’s the same formula as the rest in this genre. Wish I’d skipped it.

The descriptions were realistic I could see the pictures in my head and I just could not quit reading it

lots of language and gore. women characters were unrealistic in my opinions. at times language was crass and vulgar. too bad because storyline was good.

I kept hoping it would get better but it never did. Unrealistic, incomplete and disjointed. I should have returned it.

Characters are realistic. You root for hero and you think hope is lost but then God finds a way. Very good reads. All his books!

I loved the narrator and the story,very well written such believable situation and could very well happen!!

Very interesting book, always heard of the case but never really looked into it and the details. Hodel seems like a true monster, disturbing what happened with his daughter and how that whole situation was handled. The other unsolved cases, the connections with the surrealism. Hodel took alot of dark secrets to his grave.
