it’s kinda subtly comes across as having a racial undertone the tone,, description, & emphasis of Negro. I wasn’t sure if there was a subtle message about race. At times the book jumps around. The program sounds interesting but the delivery is antiquated.
There are some places where there’s a little too much detail that really doesn’t matter.. but it did make you think about how it will happen.
Thank you for creating a series without all the bad stuff. As a Christian it checked all the boxes.
I really enjoyed this series. Book one was a little slow going, but books three and four were great.
The characters in this story evolved throughout but Schow managed to retain defining mannerisms of each that makes the entire story worthy of recognition, and kept me massively engaged in the story. I can’t think of any negative to this series.
Great story with realism and good dose of reality if this were to happen. I enjoyed the multiple storylines and locations and the reality of getting to them. Additionally the hardship of a life without order or current conveniences is a scary thought of how everything can change in the blink of an eye.

Author has a unique way of making you feel connected to each of the main characters. So much so that it becomes emotional and it feels like you’re going through their trials with them. By far one of the best series I’ve ever listened to.
