This is about the seventh or eighth book that I have read from Mark Goodwin and he has such a talent for detail, prepping, and allowing for imagination to take flight.

The descriptions, and what they were using and water treatment. How to store food. How ppl need to all band together to help one another

Although this is a very different post apocalyptic book, very well written and great character development, it gets more horrific as the books go on. By the end, I was having to skip over parts because I just couldn’t handle the horror anymore. Very graphic at times! Great book overall!

I loved the narrator. he is always very good at distinguishing each character. the story was very realistic. could happen to anyone at anytime. I would recommend this author and narrator.

Love the segway from earlier volumes with the obligatory bad guys coming from the darndest places. Mr Pierce had a more character challenges wich were very well done. Bravo.

I liked the book, but it was unnecessarily long. I feel like there were some details and parts that I didn’t have to listen to to understand it. I found myself just wanting it to get to the end already! Over all, it was a good book though.

Very entertaining. Love the Casca Rufio Longiness reference. Haven’t finished book 3 but 1 and 2 are attention keepers.
