The plot of this book linked some back stories in the plot from the previous books. I loved how the author provided great explanations of what the characters went through on the sidelines, while the main characters were the main focus! Can’t wait to read the fifth book…and the last…in the series. I’m sure it..
Storyline was great. Brings forth thoughts of what could happen in a solar flare. Had a bit of trouble following all the different groups.
The premise was completely unrealistic for a “post apocalypse” genre. If it can go wrong, it does. Even thrown in a tornado for good measure!
this will hopefully give you the spark to go deeper into the actual accounting of what is to come . wonderful book series
What I liked – per usual Kevin Pierce adds gravitas to any story. What made me stop listening – I originally purchased this trilogy boxed set on star ratings alone. I really wish I had read the reviews. I’ll preface this by saying I’m not Christian in the traditional sense. I found it too preachy for..
I had such a great time listening to this box set. Kevin did a good job, the story was amazing. I can’t wait to continue.
how can you rate reality anything less than 5 stars? it’s not like the author has control of events if they happened irl.
Excellent continuation to the story that started with Locker Nine. Not very extensive character development but that’s not what I expect/want from a Mad Mick story 🤨. Narrator has a great voice for male characters (he IS Connor) but it’s deep with a slight waver so all the women sound like little old hags.
a better narrator could have helped….more than that though, the spreading of MAGA nonsense was unnecessary, and not important to the storyline, and 90% provably untrue…. turned me off it completely.
