the last book was a little complicated to follow but my previous investment in the characters kept me engaged.

I liked the fast moving action and attack parts. The intrigue in how the governments interacted seemed very plausible.

Oof – this was a doozie. Long, drawn out, slower than watching grass grow, and with essentially a shrug and an “I dunno” of a conclusion. How did this get green lit?

This story requires the reader to suspend a lot disbelief. Aside from that it’s very repetitive, and a lot longer than it needs to be. I absolutely love the “Mad Mic” series. One of the better series I’ve listened to lately.

Wonderful great good . Loved the characters and the fighting (realistic). A tv series would be great

A few repetitive parts. I wish there had been an update about Dee’s sentence having been commuted to life.

The transitions between places locations so often. It’d be nice to have a little more physical description as the people go through time and their bodies change because of the hunger Thank you.

Wonderfully told with many side details. A glimpse into the authors reasons for his interest in true crime. Highly recommend

It was a little slow starting out, but I later realized it was relevant to the backstory. Once it stared, it was captivating with a lot of characters and storyarcs that all entertwine. The violence was a little high, but nothing unexpected for the scenarios that they were given. I’m looking forward to reading it..
