The author has researched, planned, and executed a thrilling tale. Excellent character development, dialogue, and narration. The decisions of the Powells and the other families in the valley are EXACTLY on target. Couldn’t take this seriously and didn’t care about the characters. If you dig anti-government doomsday prep, this may be for you. I couldn’t finish.
