I like the way the characters are brought together and how they interact. Also the facts about why and how the varied preparedness was done and tweaked as needed.

I usually enjoy listening to post apocalyptic type stories but unlike some of the other related series like the Mad Mick, this was just whiny bullshit that didn’t make much sense. I love the educational value of The Borrowed World Series. Enjoyed all 6 books. Horton goes into great detail about all things interesting. He brings very day life experiences to the story and the listener really can visualize being there in real life.

It was well produced overall. Somewhat plausible. The one thing that was confusing was using different voices for the same character in different chapters, especially for Walter. A solid 4 overall.

Very entertaining and well-narrated. I couldn’t stop listening! Highly recommend. If you liked the Dustfall series, you’ll like this series, too.

I loved to realism of this story. Some people may find the religious aspect of it off putting but being a Christian, I found it comforting.
