This was a different take on apocalypse stories, and I enjoyed them overall. I could only shake my head at how people magically disappear from their version of reality, but I forgave this since Maggie made it to the end.

Sorry, a young girl (Micah) would never be elected US president under any circumstances. Maybe an unfortunate attempt at pandering g to leftists.

Amazing story. Fantastic narration! One of the best Post Apocalyptic stories I’ve heard in a long time, I would recommend it ten out of ten.

I am finding this series a fun read so far. Like the characters. Not a lot of cursing. This is just the beginning of the apocalyptic tale, so we will see where it goes. I wish each book had more hours to it.

I’ve read a lot of these books. This one felt very real, tense, and fast paced.

First and foremost, the narration of Kevin Pierce, as always is top notch, secondly great series that can easily splinter off. I appreciated the entire story and that there was not too long of a character build, but the reader could relate more without the deep dive.

Love both the Mad Mick and Borrowed world series. Props to Frank Horton for really keeping accurate timelines and story events organized between the two stories. Lots of depth in the characters but would love to see more change and development of Jim. Overall great read through and great addition to the series. Action packed..

Wonderful story. Made you fall in love with the characters! Especially enjoyed the different backgrounds of many characters.
