love the story line…of destruction and the the struggle to survive matter of the cost

Great series that is well written and perfectly performed. Kevin Pierce’s voice sets a perfect tone. Can’t wait to hear more. Franks is now up there with Konkoly giving me two favorite realistic apocalypse writers. No zombies, no super heroes, no nonsense.

This is by far the best book in the series! Franklin Horton is truly a master of writing. Every chapter had me on the edge of my seat and I can’t wait for the next book.

I really like that the author let’s the characters swear. I’m tired of reading books where the main characters kill someone in the most brutal way possible and then they’re all gee golly willikers.This author fixes this and gives you a story with a little extra mystery. I hope she writes more I really enjoyed..

Don’t bother to buy unless you are a right wing homophobe. Military still serving overseas whilst Caifornia is invaded and occupied for 15 years???

I have listened to about 100 of these books. This one was written from a southern California college students view. It is a bit unbelievable. More the characters than anything else.

I am currently on the 9th block. this is one of the best series I have read.

ok, starting with one and only thing I dislike …waiting for the next book in the series. Action packed with never a dull moment.
