This didn’t strike me as graphic as it did others. it describes attacks as they happened but didn’t over indulge in gore, just explained what happened. However the author goes into unnecessary (and not always successful) prose. Also the author has a clear and unrelenting bias against the lower class or anyone on the fringe..

I loved this book. The story was great and gave us all some answers to what everyone had been doing in the valley . It gave us plenty to think about. Loved that Kevin Pierce was the narrator.
