Really long, but engaging. I listened all the way through. Well thought out. Fantastical/movie-like on some levels, but very entertaining.

This was a roller coaster of revelations that Steve Hodel deals with personally and professionally so well. Very interesting story of how our relationships with our parents are not always what they seem. LA was a nightmare in the 1940’s.

I love Mark Goodwin/Kevin Pierce together and this one was a nice change after finishing my last Goodwin series. I am ready for book 2!

nothing new.. pretty disappointed. average story series with short running times. I knew better but got the 3 books for 1 credit so thought it would fill some time.. I’m pretty over Kevin pierce as well. he is good but all books sound the same.
