Great story line and character building, I personally Play at 1.25 speed and the experience was even better.

Agree with other reviewers.The author seems to talk a lot about himself and basically seems to be looking for people to sign up for hi podcast

Thorough investigation. The organization wasn’t confusing, but just a little disconcerting for me. Nothing too problematic though. I liked the telling and appreciated all of the background. Pierce was great as usual.

I passed up on this back in May when I was looking to start audio books, instead going with another book. Finally I decided to buy and listen and couldn’t figure out why I waited so long. I am almost glad I didnt buy in May, that way I got to enjoy it now instead!!

I never saw books 2 and 3 coming after what I thought book 1 was establishing. Beautifully written with compelling characters.

I enjoyed listening to this box set. There were some aspects of the story I did not enjoy and found detracting from the series but they were few and far between and did not hinder my desire to finish the series. I’m looking forward to Cole’s saga.

alot of the same old plots but has even more drama then needed I thought hearing the introduction from the author this would have been worth it but no still way to much stupid drama for a fiction.

The book is too short and not enough detail/ story line. Book 2 doesn’t even tie the characters / story lines together

I would love to read more about Joe’s and Cole’s drama with FEMA. Of course further advice from wise old grandma.

Throughly enjoyed all four books . Book 4 kept us on the edge of our seat . Love listening to Kevin Pierce . Can’t wait till book 5 !
