There are many after the Stuff hits the fan books. This series takes a unique perspective at community, and survival, that other books haven’t touched. I appreciate that very much. There are so many thing we just can’t imagine if this type of thing happened. Reading this book prepares you to consider all the things.

Akers rates in the top 5 for realistic scenario writing, and pulling you into uncomfortable places. She is a cross between William Forstchen, one second after, and Jonathan Hollerman, survival theory 2. AkersI adds very useful and we’ll researched skills and knowledge to her story, ones that can be added to real life.

Great story line. Although I love a good series, it’s nice to have a single book once in a while. Of coarse, I love any book that Franklin Horton & Kevin Pierce team up.

Time is winding down and people better wake up. The time for playing around is almost over. This story is well done,

it was a good story. not great because it is not a standalone book. kind of like the empire strikes back. performance was better this round. But way too many cliff hanger type stories. so far I’ve enjoyed the series and look forward to the next book.

very difficult to get behind any of the characters, some even came to the point of aggravating and annoying. fell asleep a few times listening, finished this book but will not be continuing the series.
