Defines the daily processes and deliverables for a successful business today. We’re never too smart to learn something new. This book in my opinion reminds us of the basics to keep us in line to be successful. A++

Gregg Olsen’s books are often difficult to digest, not because he’s a bad writer or storyteller, but rather that the topics are so brutal.
