Defines the daily processes and deliverables for a successful business today. We’re never too smart to learn something new. This book in my opinion reminds us of the basics to keep us in line to be successful. A++

Great job on writing & narrative for this book. SPOILER-This sick’o should have got the death penalty. Why do all these murdering females get off so easily?
