He wrote this book before all the CA AR’s this winter. Before Tulare Lake (ghost lake) came roaring back and the historical snowmelt is just starting. Known as the post apocalyptic Nostradamus, I’m excited to read the next 2 books, Fractured “the big one” and Mammoth “CA super volcano “.

Keep them coming friend, you do very well. I enjoy your books. Kevin Pierce is always the best narrator for any post apocalyptic fiction hands down.

the main issue I have with these books (and trust me they’re not the only ones) is when people do STUPID sh!t! Are people really this stupid?? serious question! from the women that Jim works with to his son that’s what 13(?) thinking he can rescue someone by himself from a know brutal murderer…… Anyone..

Slow start but definitely got better as the story progressed. Look forward to the next book.

Enjoyed the three books, loosing a family to gain another three who needed him. Great story line.

Great book explains real life scenarios for a situation likely to happen again in the future. The series puts into perspective what even being slightly prepared for any situation can do for you and your family.

Great story, and character development. I liked the references to the Maunder Minimum, and the scientific basis for the apocalyptic ice age. I must listen… excellent narration… a story to add on to the others… I recommend any day the week

And has both inspired and convicted me to get in order so many things before Jesus returns. Our time is short here. And I am listening in for that shofar.

struggling to finish this book. Narration mediocre, especially Payton character. Needlessly drawn out story. Frankly, a waste of my money. Have listened to dozens on the same genre, never quit mid book like on this one.
