I really like this series, can’t wait to get into book 3! I love how the first 2 just flowed into one another!
Liked the story a lot. There were a few times the legal jargon in the courtroom got to be a bit much, but that was a small amount. Narrator is probably the best narrator I’ve heard.
Not even close to a full story. This story can’t even be rated….. because it’s NOT a book. it’s part of a book! I’m halfway thru and NOTHING has happened. Just another story that’s been broken up and sold as a series. I would guess that they’d have to combine the 1st three books for..
Great story, well written and well read. Get’s one thinking about how things could go down after our infrastructure is disabled.
Packed with excitement, drama, prophecy and the realization of things to come, this series, though fiction, did not disappoint but provoked thought and conversations about current events and happenings. Narration was excellent.
Maddie was okay in the first book but is shown to be immature and naive in the following books. When you have trained military people in your group no one is going to look to Maddie to lead. Enjoyed the story overall but Maddie should be relegated to baby sitting duty while Maria or Beth..
Bobby Akart definitely is skilled in storytelling, especially survival/apocalyptic stories. The only complaint I have is that I wish it had been longer. I’ve always loved the way he builds a story as well as characters. The narrator did a phenomenal job as well. I really enjoy what he adds to the story!
Mind Blowing…Mind Opening..Call it what you want, if this one does not leave a mark on the soul….nothing will
This story is insane and just makes me so mad. I can’t imagine how the Cox’ feel and what they went through. This was a good book though and went further into detail about how messed up the Powell’s are. The narration was good.
