I bought the book cus i listen to TCG and LUV IT! Have been listening for a cpl years now! I knew Nic had an extra interest in the delphi case so I was pretty stoked and happy for him when this came out! I was a lil surprised there wasnt much on the case..
This series has none of the filth and all of the awesomeness that you expect from a apocalyptic novel! If you are a believer this is a great series for you!
Review from The Traveler Series: A Post Apocalyptic/Dystopian Adventure: Books 4-6 →
Books 4-6 tie the stories together. I enjoyed the continuation from the Marcus Battle viewpoint. I’m now going to try and find more. I like this author and the narrator who does a great job.
Great series! Loved the characters. Ending was ok but maybe some loose ends. What happens to Vita? What happens with Fred and his group and the dynamics living with John and family? Will they see the military return for their retribution? All can be left to one’s imagination. Still was a great series. Thank you..
A lot going on in the story but completely worth the listen. Narration was great. Secret Sauce made me cringe every time. Ewww.
It is dark, as the author said in his intro. But dark is what all encompassing disasters are, whether natural or man made. He brings out the inmate will to survive that has always been part of the human psyche, which I hope will survive modernity.
