The initial story was a lot of fun. Nothing since arriving in “Truckee” has been remotely believable. I want to meet them so I can put them out of their own misery. Terribly forced tale.

I can just tell most of the bad reviews for these books comes from the woke crowd. I found the story itself very compelling as far as the performance goes… It’s Kevin Pierce, the voice of the apocalypse, and he lives up to his reputation.

All I can say is I have read many books of this genre but nothing so pointed as this piece of work. I wish I hadn’t of spent my credit on it. I think of myself as pretty tolerant guy middle of the road type, but this is so far right it goes in circles.
Although I like the narrator’s voice he is unable to make distinguishable voices! That is important in audible books.
