I thoroughly enjoy this author and this series is definitely worth the listen. The narrator does an amazing job adding to the authors story.

great story, different kind of approach to the topic and style of writing we all love. worth your time.
This book starts as “if somehow something unexplained happened, this is how things would happen.” Terrible writing. Definitely a rip off of one day after with no foreshadowing.
Ferak draws you deeply into the lives of the characters, both the innocent and the guilty. The detail is informative. My only criticism is the repetitive nature of the book.Some parts are presented at the end of one chapter and repeat at the beginning of the next. That was distracting. Well researched especially since LAPD basically did nothing to help solve these murders. For Mr. Hodel to have to admit these horrible things about his father must, still, be akin to a living nightmare.
what little respect the author has too stop in the middle of a series and not finish .it somehow good bad or ugly .but to just say no more books give the readers there money or credit back what a let down .died or fell off the planet .don’t care don’t start caring or finish..
author has no respect for those that bought all seven books .not a ending at all not a they all died or they all lived happily ever after .NOUTHING THE ASS JUST STOPPED WRITING …HE NEEDS TO GIVE OUR MONEY BACK..
