I loved this series! The characters are so down to earth and the story line kept me intrigued. Keeps you thinking about “What if…?” and how to handle things just in case. Kevin Pierce brings Bobby Akart’s characters to life with his narration.
Starts off slow, but definitely does not stay that way. I love this narrator, but never listened to this author before. Would recommend this book to friends. The ending took me completely by surprise.

I seriously have nothing negative to say about this! I’ve listened to dozens of books with Pierce as the narrator, but this was my first AJ Newman book. It was well thought out and very well developed! And unlike other series in the POST apocalyptic genre, this one has a clear ending! Very well done..

so obviously Boyd did his homework on truckers, spot on. This is one of my favorite in the series and perhaps any books Boyd has wrote.

This was another great story. Not only did it keep you connected it also gave you ideas to be prepared if you ever need to protect your family. I can’t wait for the next series to listen to.
Mark did an outstanding job on this series. I have enjoyed all his book thus far. The narrator Kevin Pierce is also amazing. People need to wake up we are headed in this direction very quickly.
