Way too much introspective dialogue. Tiresome to listen to. Moments of interesting conversation but just too much uninteresting interaction. About to give up listening.
I just couldn’t finish. I think Wanda the librarian was the writer. Implausible scenarios, too many to list, and an absolute zero understanding of human nature. Less than a zero understanding tactical scenarios. Character development zero. I felt no relationship to any of the characters. I tried but just could not finish. The short parts..
The story was OK. My problem is a 3 book “set” that was the length of a normal novel. Each book was was 5 to 7 hours which means he was just putting out mini-books so his listeners/readers will buy many more books from him. Also the narrator was fairly plain. He mad no voice..
Well presented facts. Really good storyline. Relatable characters. An excellent read! Thank you. Good job!
A gripping and intense story, fascinating in its post-apocalyptic nuclear winter setting. Highly recommended for thrill-seekers.

Fantastic story with great dialogue! Love Scout and Errol, really all the characters! A plausible plot with great action and drama,
Imho this should have been a short story. The amount of detail is excessive and unnecessary…an hour short of finishing (!) I gave up. The narrator is WAY too much. It needed a softer touch. I usually adore this kind of deep dive but will stick with writers who have proven their skill at writing..
I beg to not waste a credit.

This is literally the most predictable, least compelling, and most underwhelmingly written true crime book I’ve encountered. The only surprise along the way is if you manage to stay awake. Skip this and go with a Hardy’s Boy mystery. Eight hours I’ll never get back
I really like Kevin Pierce’s narration. Soothing and Humble. was pleased to hear him again.
