All though this one wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t Franklin’s best. I know what he is capable of. But no worries, I’m still and always will be a huge fan!

Entertaining story, but nothing new here. Quick listen with decent narration. I will only listen to book 2 if it shows up on the Plus Catalogue. Politics and fundamentalist christian evangelism aside you too may enjoy this apocalyptic story. It presents a seemingly likely scenario with a widespread grid-down societal breakdown and kept my interest to the end.

As the final of RMs trilogy, this book puts the bookend on the series, providing answers to questions raised in the first two of his works. An absolute must read/listen.
