I am not even half done with this book but it contains a lot of very graphic animal torture. I love gory horror but this is really disturbing.

For sure, a 9 hour hero’s roll call at the end of this series is at first glance, a bit much. But like a detailed mosaic, this book slowly winds its way, filling in gaps and details that we didn’t even suspect were missing. It’s long, but good. Think of it as 43 short stories..
Jeff and Jason conclude their wonderful series with a bang. I just downloaded book1 to listen to it again. I’m looking forward to thier next entertaining series.
