Really enjoyed the first book. Good foundation building, character intro and then the EMP. All well done; a real page-turner. The rest of the books did a good job laying out some possible scenarios for post-EMP life, while weaving in survivalist tips. Great story wrapping in new characters and plot twists. Loved it. The author keeps us coming back for more with every chapter.

This first book following a previous series is filled with amazing twists and turns. Mark Goodwin has quickly become one of my favorite authors! Tons of practical advice woven into the story of possible future scenarios.

Really enjoyed the books thank you A R Shaw for a different take on survival and reminding humanity of our humility facing Nature. Kevin Pierce did not disappoint in weaving his magic. What a great narrator.

Was disappointed in this book. It didn’t really develop well. Spun in circles. Characters made some obviously dumb decisions. I’ve read lots of apocalyptic books and this one was “meh.”

I would have given all five stars across the board except the timing of the Rapture is not correct according to the Bible. Other than that, it is a very interesting scenario of events. Especially like that it is clean.

Reading why the single-star reviews didn’t like this series convinced me that I would enjoy this story.
