Good story, lots of action, liked the prepper message, heavy on the religious aspect. As far as the religious area, I’ve always felt that Bible versus are in another language, people quoting them are too free to interpret as they feel fit. So it was awkward accepting the relationship of the storyline and the cryptic..
I really loved this series. I can’t wait to hear the spin off, Cole’s Saga. I have developed macular degeneration in one eye and find it difficult to read anymore, so I depend on Audio Books to get my “reading” fox in.
Thorough research has gone into the writing of this book. Well worth the read! Thoroughly enjoyed the storyline

the narrator was fine, but I wish I had known it was nothing but all the tenets and practices of Mormonism, detailed child sexual abuse and well…no that’s about it! Made it to chapter 3 and just can’t stand it anymore. So disappointed.
