This story was so captivating I forgot it was a true story and thought it was a work of fiction. I kept thinking there was no way this could be true. It was an amazing story that I am just bewildered that this actually happened

overly simplistic plot, black and white situations. characters are very likable in particular Joe’s grandma. very good for entertainment purposes as well as just good old-fashioned prepper porn. if you like this genre of books it is a must-have

Kevin Pierce is the best narrator. I can only listen to books he narrates!!! He conveys the feeling of every character in every situation.

I really wanted to like this series. It’s a type of genre I normally like but the chock-full of weird weird conspiracy theories. The bad guys are the Democrats and while I love survival stories zombies are more believable than this.

loved it & buying more of this or other series. highly recommend to all.

I’ve now listen to it twice, and have referred several friends. well thought out, nice to have a book about where I live.
