This book belongs in the Audible Plus catalog; don’t waste your money on it, unless you enjoy books with almost no character development, short chapters, and gaps of events between chapters. Good book overall. Kevin Pierce is the voice of the apocalypse and performed awesome, as usual. However, I cannot get behind the fact that the president would be completely oblivious to a “new world order,” let alone that he had cabinet members that were part of it. Again, thrilling short book nonetheless.
I very much appreciated the characters in this book. The plot is well developed and takes some interesting turns. Some parts were, in my opinion, unnecessarily gorey; however I realize that a book about SHTF is not geared toward the faint hearted reader.
