I really enjoyed this story . I know it’s true crime , but I felt something was missing. a piece of this crazy puzzle is missing .

Very engaging and well written. It’s in an unfortunate story of a normal, devout family becoming entangled with an evil atheistic family through marriage. For fans of true crime, the book is a must.
I’ve been a big fan of the author and especially the narrator for this genre of audiobooks. This one (The Path Of Water) was terribly disappointing. The first in the series was a little better but still below par as the protagonist is a stoner. The amount of navel-gazing and incohesive thoughts makes me think..

it’s kind of a typical emp survivor book with no zombies. i did enjoy the overall story. Madison had me cringing at her nicey-nice attitude, but seems to come around at the end. Bought on a sale to try it. Now gonna use a credit for the next in the series.
