Deep, intricate storyline filled with intensely high level science/physics/genetics. Hard to grasp concepts are (thankfully) described for the average person, but not dumbed down to ridiculousness. The intricacies of how dead people were injected and turned into live people who are different are described throughout the story. The story reads like a super fast paced..

Honestly, Kirt Graves is terrible. I have no idea how he’s gotten this far. Do people actually like his voice? Joel Froomkin wasn’t much better with that accent of his, but I couldn’t deal with Graves. I enjoy this author so I gave it a go, but honestly, Idk if I can do another story..

This has become hands down one of my favorite books. The rest of the series is fine, but this one-it’ll stick with you. The characters are wonderful, the story is paced and beautifully told. It’ll make you fall in love, break your heart, then put you back together again.
Overall loved this book and how the characters came alive. The emotions were palpable and the narration was fantastic. I did not find that the sex scenes really added to the story. In fact, I felt they detracted. They were so graphic they belong in an erotica story. They just didn’t fit here. Looking forward..
