lots of complaints about alden’s narrator. the voice threw me, but then I felt it fit alden’s quirks perfectly. curious to hear his other works. enjoyed the story, but def has a ya feel.

Would recomand 18+. Some scenes were quite explicit. Didn’t mind myself but my 17 year old felt a bit shocked now and then. Overall a beautifull story about friends, family and commitment with a touch of magic.

Loved the story. Loved the narrators. Loved the theme of the Odyssey card game. Definitely a great book, with a subtle theme. You never know what’s going on in other people’s lives unless you care enough to ask and listen.
