enjoyed the first 3 immensely. kind of rambled a bit after that. good, but not great.

Two stars in Audible is “it’s okay,” and that fits, even with the 80+ hours bargain. The book summary promised a fix for my Firefly withdrawal. Initially story was a bit simplistic and characters a bit shallow, but over time, characters got more and more interesting and the story has got better and better I started looking forward to listening msking time to listen and was very sad when it was all over. Well done

everything was perfect the story the narrator characters all of it second time was better than first!

just can’t get into it. lots of characters, some are interesting but I guess the stories are not that engaging. I think I’d like it better if I just read it.

I really never would’ve guessed all the turns of this book from the outset. I hope Mr. Morin does another like this one. He really impressed me with this.

I just Couldn’t put it down!!! nor did I even want to!!! I really got lost in the story, the characters are defined but designed to merge as one at some point….I think…I got the 6 book set and only half way thru!! soooo worth the listening 🙂

I thought it was a good story with interesting characters. The book had parts where it was really slow. Also hard to keep track of who was who between worlds.

This series explores what fantasy role playing games leave unspoken; the impact and logic behind game world rules. Can you imagine what life would be like, if you had to face wandering monsters chart results?

So I like to get the most hours for my buck and shop titles like this. Most of the time you get mediocre product shopping like that. Reading the reviews, I saw a lot of bellyaching about how it didn’t match Serenity etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find very good stories, performed very well…
