Good, fun stories that hang out in the grey area of good and evil. Enough sci-fi for you to imagine without overkill. Just enough Firefly to make you miss it again. A couple plot issues if you think about it too hard, but totally worth it anyway!
The first 2 books were good, but the third book was a bit boring and all in all a let down. I didn’t like most of the character development.

No one to cheer for. Friends one minute muttering each other the next. Well written story with a terrible plot and no characters to root for or against.
I think this would have been better with a different reader and with out the 90’S wooosh. It’s a good story but character development was hard to follow and keep up with. So much build to a rather quick ending. Though I liked the ending. But honestly this could have been told in a shorter..

The length of the missions feels like episodes of a space TV show or anime. It felts very much like my favorite anime, Outlaw Star. In the end, I wasn’t surprised to hear that this was written to be the answer to the end of Firefly/Serenity. If you’ve not seen them, I’d recommend watching them..
