I like kubu, esper is a do-gooder, with a too nice attitude. disappointed in the ending but true to character. Hope shes back -with a vengeance!
Once I finished original adventures I felt the adventures should continue, there was more space to explore!Space odyssey turned into a bad TV novel where same questions of fairness, gender inequality and frustrated morals with feelings of frustration are regurgitated on and on and on. I have not finished first pack and not even started..

The Jedi(wizards) and rag-tag crew similar to Firefly Serenety. Very good story. Seems to have a fleshed out world for these spacers to explore.
The narrator is awesome – such a range of voices, and every one unique! Very entertaining story with great adventures and escapes. it was fun to be entertained by outlaws. Great read/listen! Will look for more by this author.
