This was a very entertaining book series. I was thrilled that the entire series was included in one purchase and downloaded all together. This made listening seamless between the “missions”. I listened while i worked. Start to finish i was entertained.

Went to number one on my favorites. If you like firefly you’ll love this. The narration is one of the best.

At first I wasn’t sure if I would truly become fan but I gave it time and seriously it’s so good. Of particular note In my opinion it has some of the best magic battle in fiction.

this isn’t a fire fly clone, and it happens in it’s own universe. the characters are unique though they share traits with others in the show. it just felt like fire fly.

I love every second of this 83.5 hour long journey through the black ocean outlaws, starships, and wizards the characters in this series are written so well and such personalities and characters development, and how the narrator brings them to life as if each one is truly a different person and not just one man..

Overall this book was a decent read. Not many high points, but only a few low points. I enjoyed Kyrus’s perspective enough that I got through all three books in a week or so, but the ending was extremely anticlimactic, and kind of unsatisfying.

The characters in this great big story made what could have easily been a tiring big picture feel like a very personal journey. Some turns were expected and welcomed and others were quite surprising. The entire arc of these books left me completely satisfied. Great story, great characterization, great performance. Completely recommended.
