The author tries so hard to formulate characters and histories for everyone, but at the point where two of the crew members leave is where things just go downhill fast. I loved this audio series and I will follow J.S.Morin from this point. This is the cure to firefly and so much more. I suggest you strap in and sit tight for Carl Ramsey to take the wheel.

I’m always interested in sci-fi and fantasy, and this promised to be a good read.I did enjoy it, very well done.There are a few gaps that could have been filled, but overall, a great read.

Stories are fun and inventive. The chars are great. Esper/Mort/Kubu (believe it or not) are my favorites. Narrator is PERFECT!
This series is a hidden gem. It’s Firefly/Serenity with wizards! I’d never heard of it before and loved every minute. This is an absolute must for any sci-fi/fantasy fans.
