Even before I knew this series was born out of a longing for more Firefly it felt like it. i couldn’t stop listening to it. Highly Recommend.
Enthralling story, and the voice narration was superb. Sad to see it end, will look forward to more black ocean listens.
The storyline was very intriguing and the idea of the twin born between worlds was unique. The narrator however took some getting used to. He sounds like he should be narrating a Curious George book, rather than a sword and sorcery novel…

That was able to happen because of the fantastic storytelling and character crafting as well as the superb voice talent bringing me into a world where I just felt I’d spent a lifetime.These books, over 85 hours worth, were so thoroughly enjoyable. I cannot believe this was only 1 credit! What treasure I found! Even..
80+hrs and I wish there was more. I cant give this series enough credit for how good it was. It surpasses firefly by leaps and bounds. if your on the fence about getting this series… do it.. I waited way to long.
This series is amazing. Very creative and plenty of hidden agendas to keep me interested.
