First and formist Mikael Naramore is the best narratation I have ever heard for an audio book. His charcters are dynamic and unique in a universe with some many wonderful characters. J. S. Morin tells a wonderful story that is both fresh and fun throughout. This is a must for any Sci-fi adventure fans.

Very fun story, characters and narration. At 84 hours, it’s also amazing value for 1 credit. Would have gladly paid for it though also. Looking forward to downloading more of his books to keep me company on my 1 hour each way daily commute 🙂
I wish I had more time to appropriately show how much I love this series. The narrator does an incredible job bringing this rag tag space crew to life. This series is everything I hoped it would be and more. If you are looking your next sci-fi fantasy series look no further.
80+ hours audio for one credit. If you purchase this audio book you will probably laugh crying and want for more .
Apparently this is missing parts of Chapter 27. There is no description of how the battle with the biggest dragon and the destruction of the shield are accomplished.

Lousy characters, poor dialog, stupid situations. As much a time waster as soliaire but less fun
I originally downloaded this set due to the sheer volume of audio available for the credit, and it was a great decision. Not only is it probably one of the best deals on Audible, it’s simply an incredible adventure. Seriously, I listened to this every day to and from work for the past several months…
The stories were great fun. Loved all the characters. Hated all the F-bombs. Almost quit listening because of them. But the characters & storyline were compelling.
