This was a great find at only 1 credit for the whole series…… at first. Narrator was incredibly anoying, and played the cast WAY to cartoonish to be taken seriously. One of the main characters is annoyingly religious and incredibly irritating. For some reason the author refered to the chapters as sectors for no apparent..
Can’t recommend it highly enough. Huge value for credit, amazing stories, terrific characters, and an amazing narrator. Looking forward to future missions, if and when they arrive.

It starts off very well as an interesting space adventure with some clever ploys that the crew gets themselves into but the resolutions to each of the stories (except the zoo, the zoo was good) is very weak and leaves you dissatisfied. You then start the next story arch already disappointed. Got to mission 8..

Great storytelling, had some harsh language in it though. Very much like the Firefly series…
Other reviewers have referenced Firefly and other great science fiction, and “oh, boy, you’re gonna love it.” Not. At. All. Galaxy Outlaws is certainly “inspired” by Firefly but does not come anywhere near its quality or charm. Even the name is unimaginative – “Galaxy Outlaws”? The characters are uninteresting, the stories trite and the dog?..
The spirit of Firefly lives on. Great storyline, excellent narrative, wishing for more. wild ride.

The story was unlike anything I’ve read or listened before. You actually start to feel for the characters. You laugh at their antics, cry at their lose and in the end love then like family. This book took me nearly 2 months to complete and it was time well spent. Definitely a book you want..
