This is not my first Black Ocean story. I enjoyed the first book that was 85 hours and Mercy for 92 hours but, this one at “only” 62 hours just dragged on. Maybe it had too many main characters but, it would branch off to side stories that really didn’t matter to the core story…

Really liked it except for one little thing
Review from Galaxy Outlaws: The Complete Black Ocean Mobius Missions, 1-16.5 →
I’ve listened to this series as well as the astral prime series and really like them. about to start the Mercy for hire series as well. I guess my only criticism of these books is the language. I know that this is for grown ups but I really think my kids will like it except..
One of my favorite series!

I was a little leary of this series, while it fits within my preferred genre I hadn’t read or listened to anything by this author and more importantly for audio books I hadn’t heard anything with this narrator but it was tge entire series, for one credit so I figured, may as well. I’m so..
A worthy sequel series
Review from Twinborn Chronicles →
It was intriguing to see where Morin could take the Twinborn saga. Between his writing and Mikael’s narration, this was a great set to follow the original. There were throwbacks and cameos that are completely relevant and necessary, and the introduction of new elements made for an overall joy to read (listen to).
The characters become like family.

I really enjoyed this book series, it helped get me thru a whole month at work. I have a boring job and audio books keep me sane, I would highly recommend this series because you almost instantly become attached to the characters and look forward to their adventures every day you hit play to continue..
