The male character voice sounded like he was reading straight off the page. And as far as the storyline, it was a bit childish, overly descriptive and didn’t have any growth. Also, could’ve been much shorter.

I’m not a fan of the main male character. He’s not smart or cleaver. and Ella needs to go back home, I’m not sure why she’s still hanging around being miserable and mistreated. Hope the last book gets better.

Great story, horrible narration. Voices sounded automated. Cursing felt forced and as such rather unnecessary.

This was a cute story I loved hoe there was no expectations and just by chance inspiration turned into real love and I love that for both characters
