This is book is amazing when it comes to having great romance and plot for a modern day love story. I absolutely love this book! The only thing that’s annoying in the beginning is the female voice, it does feel a little forced black accent but it gets better! Must read!
Great story BUT the narration absolutely does not fit the story. The story is more urban fiction and the narration sounds like a gentrification of the storyline that made the story not seem believable and I stopped listening and almost returned BUT the writing and story line was great so I suffered through the audio..
Enjoyable, laughable with believable plot. Found myself smiling and chuckling at their adventures. kinda like Firefly, the ultimate compliment:)

I can’t remember if this is my first Kimberly Brown book or not but it is definitely my favorite. This one will go as one of my favorite listens of 2025. Voice actors were phenomenal!
