Relatable, well balanced. Narrated well. Definitely worth a read if you want a feel good story.
Great storyline

I knew I would not finish this book when I heard a supposed black woman cheesily say “gangsta” like the word was out of place in her mouth. Sounded completely AI read. Not for me.

The story line left a lot of unanswered questions for some of characters as well as the ending didn’t tie up loose ends. I enjoyed the series just disappointed with the ending.
The story was really good. A bit dramatic at times but overall this was a nice way to wrap up the series. The narration of Alexandra took me out a bit because of he voice was a bit jarring at times. The Blake narrator had a more pleasant tone and delivery.
I read the book first and I love all the books in the Nightwolf series. I’m starting to think Chance is my favorite. Maybe because the two main characters are similar & they mesh so well. Either way it is a 🔥 story!
An amazing love story… it had some corny parts but love stories about soul mates must have them . Connection, communication, sex and relationship trials make this couples’ evolution and growth worth listening to more than once. Great writing… narration ok
The narrator, Charlie L. Woods, sounded like a uppity white woman trying to be from the hood. Most of her narrative sounded AI produced and it was incredible hard to listen to her ‘street talk’. If I had time I would have preferred to read the book over listening to her voice. Increasing the speed..
Charlie L Wood was not my favorite narrator- Quinn Riley was my favorite. The story was captivating with a slow build friendship to lovers relationship… the end of the story was irritating but it was a set up for the next one.. i recommend the book despite the unbalanced narration and unfinished ending
I’m thoroughly fed up with listening to disrespectful stories that masquerade as love. I had a strong urge to abandon the book multiple times, but I’ve always been determined to complete any book I start. I genuinely believe that Blu attempted to rationalize her actions based on race. However, as a Black woman, I must..
