I liked the foundation of the story. Two guys that trusted each other unconditionally dealing in challenging circumstances. They were the top men in their worlds large n in charge which I like but the narration needed improvement. Most times i couldn’t tell who was speaking so I’m glad the author made that clear thruout.
lots of moving parts to this one. it didn’t button up nicely or button up the previous installment. Please take a long hard look at the narrators. they are an improvement but not the people this story deserves.

It took a while to get into the story, but it was good. I hated the female narrator for Big Shirley. She kept slipping into a New York accent.
