Misdemeanor is book one of a trilogy, and it does not stand alone. I will forewarn you that this ends in a cliffhanger, but luckily by the time I discovered this trilogy, all three books (and audiobooks) were all out, so the wait to find out what happens next will not be a long one…
A thoroughly enjoyable story. Just one of those stories where you wish there were more. There are, but not on audiobook! I rarely have time to read but lots of time to listen while working. The narrator did an excellent job.
