I was excited to listen to more of the Hayven Celestia universe. Piers Ryman delivers yet another amazing narrative performance, honing in on each character’s voice. I also respected the adult scenes contributing to the plot, as well as exploring Jungo’s thoughts during them. It makes these scenes more relateable, and at times comedic. My..
Disclosure: Reviewer received this title for free The Captain’s Oath starts out hot on the heels of its prequel (Traitors, Thieves and Liars) and delivers nonstop from there, intriguing plot points and intricate details of the White Flower’s world continuing to fall into place for the first half of the narrative. There’s a great deal..

Going in, I wasn’t quite prepared for the dark tone or the amount of erotic content, but far from effacing the rich narrative and worldbuilding, they strengthened it. Sigh, I just love this one. One of my favorite stories in this series is now even better with Piers to bring it all to life. I love this history and connection these charters have with each other and the things they love. Piers bring life, laughter, and depth to an already wonderful story. Thank..
I didn’t expect to get pulled into this world so quickly, and I enjoyed the journey. I was shocked at my reaction to Lorelie’s end- I cried. I loved most of Nikki’s cray cray. Her one liners and snark were hilarious. Twists and secrets the whole way through. After so many hours listening to this,..
If you like furry books and sci-fi you’ll love this. The universe they live in is interesting and I can’t wait to see more of it.
There is too much lecture and too little action until nearly the end of the book. I disliked the hurried ending which seemed to come out of nowhere. Parts were good but I can’t see reading anything else by this author.
