This is supposed to be a fun series – book one was fun, book two was okay, book 3 was entertaining at times but has a crap ending that is out of character for the rest of the series – I won’t be getting any more of these.

The whole Zach arc was absolutely terrible. It was just annoying and draw out. How he turned 5000 years and went mad was just not good. I wish I would of known and just skipped all those chapter. Time Time Time. Just awful and annoying.
One of the things I dislike most in a book are time skips and complete dismantling of a character. It was automatic drop to 8/10 at the very beginning of the book with all the time skips. Then it dropped a 7 out of 10 when one of the characters just became a boring prisoner…

Honestly one of the best litrpg series I’ve listened to in recent memory. Complex characters, multiple paths to power, good narration. Overall you can’t go wrong with listening to these books.
It got pretty annoying for a bit when a body was discovered. It felt like the author just entirely lost their way. But after that, it got really good again, better than ever. Can’t give it 5 stars but I can say I am looking forward to more and I’ll definitely keep reading

I didnt think this book would be this good. I cant believe i didnt get it sooner. Great fight scenes with gun battles and story. Im getting the second book.
